The Third Annual Leather Leadership Conference will take place in San Francisco on April 16-18, 1999. The primary goal of this effort is to develop and strengthen leadership skills for existing and potential new leaders in the SM-Leather-Fetish community. Attendees to this high-profile event are expected from across the nation.

LLC-IV (2000) is currently slated for Washington, D.C. Several cities are in the running for 2001. LLC will continue to tour the country annually.
